Da Vinci Resolve is a powerful and FREE all-in-one video editing suite that features tools to help you cut, correct and improve your raw footage and audio to create amazing looking videos. The course aims to strip down this complex software into the necessities for the beginner video editor, providing a platform for a first-time user to create videos without being lost in the interface. In the class we will use raw footage, music and dialogue (all supplied) to create a short and compelling video, while exploring the many of the software’s exceptional features.
A laptop with an installed and up to date version of Da Vinci Resolve is needed for this class. You can download Da Vinci Resolve for free from this link, towards the bottom of the page.
